ToniSteelz is an award-winning, "Grammy Considered", independent East Coast hip-hop artist, songwriter, media personality, and entrepreneur who has spent over a decade cementing her reputation as one of the rawest, most authentic voices in the underground music scene. Proudly of Garifuna descent, Toni infuses her rich cultural heritage and fierce lyrical precision into every creative project she touches.

Her sharp pen and undeniable presence earned her the title of Best Female Rapper of the Year at the Underground Music Awards. A respected fixture in the New York rap circuit, Toni has collaborated with legendary industry figures, including Multi-Platinum producer Fantom of the Beat (Haas G of the UMC’s). Her standout features include anchoring the track "Bad Man Ting" alongside PRAYAH under Busta Rhymes’ The Conglomerate Entertainment label, as well as its star-studded remix featuring Flipp Dinero and Jay Critch.

Beyond the recording booth, Toni is a proven tastemaker and digital creator. As the creator and host of the Girl 💁🏽‍♀️ Podcast, she has carved out a unique media space, interviewing everyone from rising street talent to 90s R&B icons like Yvette Michele.

Now, as a Partner at New York Craze, Toni brings her extensive industry network, scouting ear, and media prowess to the helm of the Audio Radar Section. Co-directing the department, she oversees everything from breaking raw, independent talent and conducting deep-dive artist interviews to steering the platform's music curation.
