June 28, 2025 Brooklyn, NY – A New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) employee, Sergey Trotsky, 50, was arrested Friday evening and charged with assault, according to official reports. The arrest took place around 7:50 p.m. within the 75th Precinct in East New York, Brooklyn.
Trotsky was reportedly on duty as a NYCHA employee at the time of his apprehension.
Details surrounding the alleged assault remain scarce. Authorities have confirmed that the charge stems from an active investigation but have not disclosed whether the incident occurred on or off NYCHA property. The NYPD's Friday evening incident report simply stated, “The individual was arrested at 1950 hours and charged with assault.”
