The incident occurred on February 6, at approximately 4:20 p.m., aboard a B42 bus navigating the intersection of East 88th Street and Flatlands Avenue.
The victim was simply trying to navigate the daily hurdles of urban life. While attempting to maneuver his mobility scooter into the designated MTA handicapped area, he found his path blocked by two young women. In the tight quarters of the bus, the senior reportedly bumped into the pair while trying to secure his position.
