Erica Kimble is a multidisciplinary creative producer, artist developer, choreographer, and entertainment strategist with more than fifteen years of experience spanning music, fashion, theatre, live events, and media. Known for her ability to transform ideas into unforgettable experiences, she has built a career elevating talent, producing dynamic productions, and bringing ambitious creative visions to life with equal parts artistry and precision.

A true creative force behind the scenes and in the spotlight, Erica’s work has taken her from regional theatre productions to iconic stages and televised performances. Guided by the mentorship of distinguished Broadway artists and celebrated film and television professionals, Erica cultivated a multifaceted approach to entertainment rooted in excellence, adaptability, and storytelling. As a performer, she has collaborated with and appeared alongside artists including Lizzo, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, CeCe Peniston, Fatman Scoop, Babyface, and Ciara. She has also built an impressive reputation in production and stage management, lending her expertise to theatrical productions, concerts, dance showcases, and large-scale experiential events.

Beyond the stage, Erica has made her mark in the fashion and talent industries as a fashion show producer, stage manager, model coach, talent scout, and published stylist. She has produced and curated fashion events, coached aspiring and professional models, scouted talent for agencies and major companies, and contributed her creative eye to editorial projects and magazine publications. Her unique ability to recognize potential and cultivate confidence has made her a trusted mentor and collaborator for artists, performers, and creatives across multiple disciplines.

As the visionary behind Audio Radar, Erica combines her passion for storytelling with her instinct for discovering authentic voices and emerging talent. Drawing from firsthand experience as both an artist and producer, she understands the dedication required to build a career in entertainment and is deeply committed to creating opportunities for others to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Most recently, Erica helped bring Club NYC to life in collaboration with creator Charles Smith Jr., contributing to the success of one of New York’s hottest dance showcases. The celebrated platform provides professional dancers and choreographers with the opportunity to premiere original works, push creative boundaries, and connect with the city’s thriving dance community.

Now, as Partner and Co-Director at New York Craze, Erica helps shape the platform’s cultural voice through Audio Radar, spotlighting emerging artists, fostering meaningful creative connections, and celebrating the pulse of New York’s artistic community. Whether she’s producing a live event, mentoring developing talent, styling an editorial shoot, or calling cues backstage, Erica leads with vision, authenticity, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of the arts.
