The halls of the school on E. 83rd St. near Avenue K became a crime scene on Monday when Moaz Mahmoud allegedly laid hands on a 10-year-old student. According to the New York City Police Department, Mahmoud reportedly struck the child inside the building, sparking an immediate investigation.
